Rosé Poblets del Montsant
Rosé Poblets del Montsant is made from 100% Garnacha. The grapes come from vineyards planted on clay soil and terraced granite. The grapes come from vineyards between 15 and 45 years old.
The harvest is done manually during the second half of September. Its elaboration is by the "bleeding" method (without pressing) the must remains in contact with the skins for a period of 4 hours, then it passes to another stainless steel tanks, the grapes are not pressed and the fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature (13-15ºC) for 10-12 days.
Highlights strawberry aromas, small fruits of the forest and in its background some very subtle tones of fresh mint.
The palate is soft, broad and very unctuous, with sweet tannins that remind us of the typicality of the Montsant grenache; fresh, but with a very unusual power in a pink, with a balanced point of acidity. In the end we find again all the typical aromas.
Recommendation for consumption: The recommended service temperature is between 12ºC and 14ºC.
